Michael Clarke
President & CEO
Mr. Clarke is a transportation planner and engineer. He has over 30 years experience in the development and application of transportation models, one half of this in the United States and one half in Europe. Mr Clarke is responsible for the overall leadership and vision of Citilabs. He holds masters degrees in transportation engineering and urban planning from the University of Michigan.

Arthur Leung
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Leung leads the finance, accounting and human resources teams at Citilabs. He is in charge of the company’s short term and long term financial strategy, and is responsible for accelerating operational growth in response to increasing market demand. Mr. Leung holds a bachelor degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Matthew Martimo
Director of Business Development
Mr. Martimo is a traffic engineer with extensive experience in building and applying transportation and simulation models for a large number of cities around the world. Mr. Martimo is responsible for developing partnerships and exploring new business lines for Citilabs. Mr. Martimo holds a degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University.
