Michael Clarke
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Clarke is a transportation planner and engineer. He has over 30 years experience in the development and application of transportation models, one half of this in the United States and one half in Europe. Mr. Clarke is responsible for the overall leadership and vision of Citilabs. He holds master's degrees in transportation engineering and urban planning from the University of Michigan.

Arthur Leung
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Leung leads the finance, accounting and human resources teams at Citilabs. He is in charge of the company’s short term and long term financial strategy, and is responsible for accelerating operational growth in response to increasing market demand. Mr. Leung holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
